Remove a Home Energy Loan Account on PayCoMo

Follow the steps below to remove a Home Energy Loan account from your PayCoMo profile.

Note: Removing an account from PayCoMowill not impact the account status or any balances due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in. 

1. Log in to your PayCoMo profile and click Explore Service under "Home Energy Loans" 

2. Towards the right of the screen see "My Accounts" and select the property you wish to remove

3. Under "Account Actions" click Remove Account

4. ClickAccept to confirm
